Welcome to Valqash. These Terms and Conditions govern the access and use of the software as a service (SaaS) available at the domain https://valqash.com .
By registering and using our platform, you agree to be bound by this document. We recommend that you read it carefully.
1. Identifying Information

2. Description of the Service
Valqash is a personal finance technological tool designed for the user to manually record and manage their financial transactions.
Important warnings regarding the service:
- No bank connection: Valqash does not connect to banking entities. We do not collect banking credentials nor do we access your real accounts.
- No execution of operations: It is not possible to make payments, transfers, or give financial orders from the platform.
- Personal use: The service is intended exclusively for individuals for personal or domestic purposes (individually or as a couple). Its use for professional, business, or commercial purposes is prohibited.
3. Registration and Use of the Platform
3.1. Age and Capacity
The use of Valqash is exclusively limited to persons over 18 years of age.
3.2. Registration Process
To use the service, the user must create an account using an email and password. Authentication is managed by the external provider Firebase Authentication (Google). The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials.
3.3. Couples' Finances
Valqash allows financial information to be shared between users via express invitation. By using this feature, the user accepts that:
- Guests will be able to view and edit shared data.
- The owner of Valqash will not mediate or be held responsible for conflicts arising from this shared use.
4. Nature of Information and Disclaimer
4.1. User Responsibility
The user is solely responsible for the truthfulness and accuracy of the data they enter manually (account names, categories, amounts).
4.2. Not Financial Advice
The recommendations, habit analysis, and savings suggestions offered by Valqash are purely for informational and guidance purposes.
- They do not constitute professional financial, legal, or tax advice.
- Valqash does not offer investment advice.
- The user must verify all information before making any economic decisions.
4.3. Limitation of Liability
The owner shall not be liable for:
- Errors derived from the input of incorrect data by the user.
- Financial decisions or economic consequences (losses or lack of savings) derived from the use of the platform.
- Technical failures beyond their reasonable control.
5. Business Model
Currently, the service is provided free of charge. However, the owner reserves the right to modify this model in the future, with the possibility of implementing a freemium model with subscription plans (monthly or annual) and new features. Any change in payment conditions will be notified in advance.
6. Data Protection and Privacy
The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy and the GDPR.
- Special categories of data: The user is strongly advised not to enter data that reveals ideology, religion, health, or sexual life. Valqash does not request or require the processing of such data.
- International transfer: The user consents to their data being hosted on Google (Firebase) servers located in the United States, under the protection of standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
- Providers: We use third-party tools such as Google Analytics, Google reCAPTCHA, and Mailerlite for service management and communications.
7. Intellectual Property
The code, design, logos, and technology of Valqash are the property of Víctor Latorre. The reproduction, distribution, or reverse engineering of the software is prohibited.
8. Cancellation and Data Deletion
Currently, to cancel an account and request the deletion of associated data, the user must send an email to info@valqash.com. The owner reserves the right to implement automatic deletion methods within the application in the future.
9. Modifications to the Terms
The owner reserves the right to modify these Terms to adapt them to legislative updates or new SaaS functionalities (such as data export or automation). Continued use of the platform following such modifications implies their acceptance.
10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. For any controversy that may arise, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Madrid, Spain, unless consumer and user law establishes otherwise.
