  • Does not execute payments, transfers, or real orders.
  • Does not collect real banking data.
  • Is intended exclusively for personal or couple use, not professional use.
  • Is limited to persons over 18 years of age.

Valqash only processes the data necessary to provide the service:

    • Name or alias
  • Access credentials:
    • Password, managed exclusively by an external authentication provider (Firebase Authentication).
    • The owner does not have direct access to passwords.
  • Financial data manually entered by the user:
    • Account names
    • Categories
    • Transaction amounts
    • Customized financial information defined by the user

This data does not come from third parties or financial entities and is not cross-referenced with external sources.

4. Purposes of Processing

Personal data is processed for the following purposes:

  • To allow user registration and authentication.
  • To provide the personal finance management and visualization service.

  • In case of voluntary subscription, to send informative communications via the newsletter.

In no case is the data used for:

The service allows financial information to be shared between two or more users, provided there is an express invitation and acceptance.

In shared spaces:

  • The owner does not intervene or mediate in conflicts between users.
  • The user is responsible for sharing only the information they deem appropriate.

  • The user keeps their account active.
  • Deletion is not requested.

Once account deletion is requested, the data will be deleted in accordance with applicable regulations.

Currently, the deletion of the account and associated data must be requested by email to info@valqash.com.

The procedure may be modified in the future, for example, by allowing direct deletion from the application.

10. Recipients and External Providers

For the correct provision of the service, Valqash uses external technological providers:

  • Google / Firebase: authentication, cloud infrastructure, and analytics.
  • Google Analytics: website usage analysis.
  • Google reCAPTCHA: protection against automated use.
  • Mailerlite: newsletter management.

These providers act as data processors and have been selected because they offer adequate guarantees regarding data protection.

11. International Data Transfers

Data may be hosted on servers located in the United States, which implies an international transfer of data.

Such transfers are carried out in compliance with the GDPR through the application of standard contractual clauses or other recognized legal mechanisms.

Valqash uses:
